Do you know that I just published a paper on meta-cognition, as it applies to teaching students to read. I have also felt meta-cognition could revolutionize education. I believe it could revolutionize blogging too, but reflection involves taking a big fat look at yourself, and not many bloggers are actually willing to strip it down if it means they lose their cool points with the crowd. Gah, blogging is burning me out, lately. Glad you are here, writing, thinking, being.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-37290344.post-53203394541110974292009-04-27T19:02:00.000-04:002009-04-27T19:02:00.000-04:00I just blog about my little life--things that I fi...I just blog about my little life--things that I find interesting, annoying, quirky, art related and the day to day challenges that i meet. I keep my regular blog more art/creativity focused.
I have to admit I get tired of reading (or basically looking at) blogs that just are long ads for other blogs. I have only one friend who does it well, and he is hilarious and points you to interesting places.
But I would rather make a small post, or read a small post from someone, a personal bit, some thought, and that's it.
Number of words, number of hits, does not equal interest and quality.
Just write.
Don't worry about the rest.Anne Huskey-Lockardhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01642632328404951486noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-37290344.post-67756066474452955132009-04-27T12:56:00.000-04:002009-04-27T12:56:00.000-04:00Occasionally, I will will write about blogging, as...Occasionally, I will will write about blogging, as a blogger, my blogs and it's experience. The comments I get are always interesting. Some people don't seem to mind, some people do, as for me I can't resist talking about my experience and what it means to me.
I admit, I question my purpose. This is the first month I've ever attempted daily entries and at times I've struggled, at times I've loved it and I imagine at this point in time I'll continue on.
I enjoyed this entry and will go peek at some of the links you added. You're back and honestly I think thats all that really matters~Rebecca Annehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14774947689324675399noreply@blogger.com
